WHO IS CGBG?
The Colorado Green Building Guild and Foundation are two sister non-profit organizations that strive to ensure the widespread adoption of sustainable building practices to increase the efficient use of resources, create healthier indoor environments, and support vibrant, sustainable, and affordable communities.
We are hosting more events than ever before - and they are spread far and wide! CGBG now has active chapters in Fort Collins and Salida (our Mid-Ro (mid-rockies) chapter) increasing the CGBG family outside the boundaries of Boulder and Denver. Buckle up, we are moving to the west slope next!
We are collaborating with local state legislators to pass a new bill that would bring transparency to the annual cost of utilities when purchasing or renting a home. Do you have a hotspot in your community that is really getting in the way or progress? Our advocacy committee wants to hear about it!
