About the Tour & Etiquette
HOME TOURS 10AM-4PM*

Doors open at 10AM. Denver Hill sites last entry is at 2:30PM* and doors close at 3PM. All other sites last entry is at 3:30PM* and doors close at 4PM. Tours are self guided and homes may be visited in any order! Join us after 3pm at Relish for the Expo & After Party.

TOUR ETIQUETTE
Please adhere to the established home tour hours, 10am-4pm.
You’re required to show your digital ticket at each home on the tour.
You will be asked to remove shoes or wear shoe coverings at finished homes.
Taking photographs and videos is not allowed inside or outside the homes.
Homes under construction require:
Closed toed shoes
Limited occupancy managed by CGBG volunteer
Be careful and mindful of where you are standing/walking
Be mindful of your time in each home to ensure that as many visitors as possible will be able to tour the home.
Families with children are welcome on the tour. However, children 2 and under should be held or in a carrier. Strollers are not allowed in the homes. Children 12+ will require a ticket. Please supervise children closely.
Some parts of the home are private and are not on tour; please respect the homeowners’ wishes. Do not enter rooms with closed doors, or any areas marked: OFF LIMITS.
Do not handle homeowners’ personal items.
No food and drink allowed in the tour homes.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside any home.
No pets allowed.
No backpacks or large purses inside the homes.
No restrooms in the homes will be available for use.
